The Kettle Park West master plan encompasses 170+ acres of multiple land uses: commercial retail, professional office, hospitality, multi-family housing, single family housing, and a new city park. The Commercial Center (Phase I) anchors the development and transitions into park space, public paths and ponds surrounded by office and residential space (Phase II).

Public infrastructure improvements along US Highway 51 and State Highway 138 will accommodate the increased traffic flow generated from the Commercial Center as well as facilitate fluid ingress and egress for future residents of Kettle Park West.

Phase I of Kettle Park West Commercial Center (see below) includes: Walmart Supercenter, Kwik Trip, One Community Bank, Dunkin' Donuts, Pancake Cafe, Great Clips, T&T Nails, Century 21, and AT&T.

Aldi occupied the lot at the intersection of Jackson Street and US Highway 51 and opened in the Fall of 2017.

Available land and leasing space are available in Lots 3, 4, and 7. Lot 3 has been programmed for a restaurant and/or brewery site located adjacent to retail areas and the Tru by Hilton as constant customer generators. Lot 4 is programmed as an ideal commercial retail or professional office location directly north of the Walmart Supercenter. Lot 7's prime real estate in front of the Walmart Supercenter and at the intersection of US Highway 51 and State Highway 138 is programmed for retail users and there is still leasing space available.
